That’s all thanks to the artistic powers of Paul Combs, a retired officer in the fire service and an extraordinary illustrator and cartoonist. He’s earned a nationwide reputation for using “the power of the pen” to shine a humorous and often satirical light on social and cultural issues, especially those involving firefighters and other first responders.
Shining a light on Fire Dept. Coffee’s Vice President, Jason Patton is no small feat, given the glare reflecting from his perfectly polished head. But Paul absolutely nailed it.
